Our 5 Step Enrollment Process
Erie Preparatory Academy has an open enrollment policy. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, nationality and ethnic origin in administration of our educational policies, admissions policies, and tuition assistance programs.
However, being accepted and enrolled at Erie Preparatory Academy is a privilege, not a right. In order to uphold a fair and positive atmosphere with high levels of respect, academics, discipline, and manners; ALL students and families wishing to enroll must follow our 5-step enrollment process with honesty and good intent.

Thank you for considering EPA in your search for a private, Christian school. We understand that finding the right school can be a challenging and time-consuming process. Our website provides information about our school, giving you an in-depth look at all that EPA has to offer. Step 1- Ask Yourself...
Do you think EPA is the right choice for you and your family? All schools have distinct differences. We are excited to find out what is important to you and share everything we have to offer! Step 2- Submit Application
After completing Step 1- Are you ready? If so, ALL prospective students must submit our free application linked to this page. Applications should be submitted to info@erieprepacademy.org.

Step 3- Schedule a Tour
Once we receive your application, a member from our Administrative Team will reach out to schedule a tour/interview. During this time, students and parents will be able to speak with an EPA Administrator to continue exploring if this could be the right option. We offer convenient and flexible options. International Students will be contacted to schedule via Zoom.

Step 4- Enrollment Application
If you wish to proceed with Enrollment after your tour/interview, an Enrollment Application must be submitted, either in-person or to info@erieprepacademy.org. Along with the Enrollment Application, the following is required:

$150 enrollment deposit

Financial Aid Application (if applicable), along with documentation required

Authorization of Request for Student Records Form

Step 5- Enrollment
After we review your application, interview on your tour, and review all required enrollment documents. If accepted, you will receive an official Letter of Acceptance from us, along with all pertinent information in regard to enrolling with our school and scheduling!
